Leading sustainable glass bottle maker, Orora, has expanded its offering in the food category, with the production of 500ml, 375ml, 300ml and 250ml glass jars. Home grown heroes, Spring Gully Foods, were the first to take delivery of Orora’s new 500ml glass jars to package their Sweet Spiced Gherkin Rounds.

Orora Cans’ engineer, Horst Drechsler, recently achieved a remarkable milestone, celebrating 45 years of service at Orora’s Revesby beverage can manufacturing plant.  Horst credits Orora's commitment to innovation and sustainability as key factors in his career longevity and dedication to the business.

Orora is proud to announce it has commenced operation of one of Australia’s most sustainable wine glass furnaces in Gawler, South Australia. The newly rebuilt furnace is powered in part by oxyfuel technology drawn from our very own onsite oxygen plant. This exciting step moves Orora’s furnace into the top 10% of energy efficient furnaces worldwide.

Through Orora’s Decoration Centre of Excellence (DCE), CUB partnered with Orora to produce the 2022 Premiership Can for the Geelong Cats following their epic 81 point win in the 2022 AFL Grand Final.

In 2024, CAPI begun their journey into new packaging formats with the launch of their new zero-alcohol Free Førm range, wrapped up inside Orora's 250ml slimline cans.
